Family of Six!

By Santos S.

This tent is our home away from home. We have 4 children and a dog, and our setup includes 2 Coleman double-size cots on either side and a camp kitchen table in between to serve as our vanity/catch-all. We've camped from Joshua Tree to Big Sur, to Yosemite, in rain and shine. We LOVE the hinged doors, the screens, the windows, and best of all -- the ability to sleep under the stars with the rainfly off.

Rain every day

By Dry c.

Took this tent to the mountains where it rained every day and once all night plus a hail storm and the only time it leaked was when it was being pummeled by hail. The rest of our week was soggy on the outside but dry in the tent.

The Coleman WeatherMaster 10, Family Tent
With a vast cabin-like design and lots of room to stretch out and move, the Coleman WeatherMaster 10, Family Tent feels a lot more like a home than the usual tent. This ten-person, two-room tent offers considerable space for sleeping or leisure. Move out and in of the tent with less difficulty using two doorways. Either a hinged door at the front, or a zippered door in the rear. Its Variflo adjustable ventilation system enables you to completely personalize your cooling comfort level. In the event it rains, reverse-tilted home windows let through light and air, but not water- even if they re open. The integrated WeatherTec System s patented welded flooring and inverted shielded seams help make certain you stay dry. Take more time experiencing your surroundings with color-coded rods and continuous pole sleeves that enable you to set the tent up faster with less effort. Within, the 17 feet. x 9 feet. floor is sizeable enough to suit up to ten people or three queen sized airbeds. Once you've had your fun, the Coleman WeatherMaster 10, Family Tent folds up to fit a duffel type carry bag for hassle-free transportation.

Questions about this item:

ernesto d  hola envio a maiami ?
DIANA K  Yes, we ship to Miami.
Kathy W  Have had this tent for maybe 5 years. Got rained on last weekend. Inside the tent. Does rain fly need need to be scotch gauged?
DIANA K  Please reach out to the manufacturer, they would be able to assist you better and give you all of the accurate information you would need in securing your tent against weather. 1-800-835-3278
Dennis E  Is this tent a good cold weather tent? Would it be good for deer hunting?
CAROL K  This tent provides great space for adults to move around in, the hinged door is one of the best things about this tent: easy in and out, no zipper fumbling. So, yes, I think you'd be happy using this this tent for deer hunting. Tr
SCOT C  No. Best to stay home.
MARINA G  No good at all for cold weather or wet weather. I sealed the seams and water proof it with special spray and water still leaked in.
JEFFREY S  I've never camped in this tent in the winter but I would say it would be ok in a mild climate. I would not attempt to use it in extreme cold as it is not insulated and probably not designed for those conditions. It does however work great in the spring and summer here in Eastern Washington.
Randolph N  I'm not sure how well this tent would do in the cold. It's very nice and I definitely recommend it... But it's just thin nylon walls like almost all tents.
SARAH K  I would not recommend it for cold weather camping. It is too big to keep the warmth in. A small tent would be better.
MATTHEW B  I have used this tent from sun to snow and it works great. I use cots for sleeping and put a large tarp on the ground for floor preservation and insulation.
