I camp almost once a month with the YMCA Adventure Guides program. Mainly car camping with my two boys. This thing works great. A little tight with more then two cots but it works with three if it's not raining. They fit front to back but touch the edges of the tent so in rain I am sure the water would leak in. Two cots going from side to side fit no problem.

It was easy to set up after I looked at the instructions. It was completely waterproof. I bought it because, with the front awning, there is still excellent airflow even when in heavy rain. I spent two weeks in it and it is a lovely spacious space to be in. The only con is that I think I may get stronger stakes as one bent, but it is a great design.

Rained really hard first night not one drop in the tent. The wind knocked two other tents down the same night,not ours. Great for the price. We did use waterproofing spray on the whole tent.

Haven't had a chance to use this tent yet, but I did set it up in the backyard. It was easy to set up with another person, may be difficult at first by your self. Also, if you Google this tent and see other reviews, you will notice this tent is supposed to have a cooler access door. They have discontinued this feature and this tent altogether, hence it is on clearance. Minor detail, but something to be aware of.

This is a great family tent for car camping. We have only used it once but the only complaint I have is that is takes some time to set up and since the poles don't go all the way to the far corners you have to stake it to get the full benefit of space. It held up great in moderate wind-we had no rain. It is so spacious that some other family members said they were jealous. It packs up nicely into a small bag with a handle but I had to pack it twice the first time to figure out how to make it fit. It is an excellent buy for the price!
