The screen room is easy to set up. Wish that a rain fly was available. Would be a perfect 3 season room.

An excellent screen room but the plastic hub broke in two during a wind storm. Must have been defective. Still, I highly recommend this screen room.

Sorry after posting i looked more closely at the various photos and it does have 2 zippers. I never even got to see it put together before it was gone :(

I am pretty sure there were only the ones on the front. My kids took it on a trip to Lake Powell, put it up on the beach and went out on the water for the morning came back for lunch and it was under water and their coolers were floating around it. didn't get a lot of use out of it but it is nice.

I have no idea. You can always use a lightweight tarp.

I'm not sure if you can purchase side panels as I never looked into the question. First, I would check the Coleman website. Otherwise, I could see it being very easy to fabricate side panels yourself. Look at what material is used for most tents, buy a roll of the material, cut, and find a way to attach to the tent. It should be too big of a project.
