Excellent bag!

I ordered this bag a month ago to use on day hikes and while mountain biking. Up to now, I had been relying on waterbottles and a North Face Pandora backpack (which is awesome in it's own right), but was irritated that every time I wanted H20, it was a big production. I've never owned a Camelbak and was worried about how spendy it was, but now I think it's worth every dime. Very Comfortable and Great Fast Pack

I use the Camelbak Mule for Fast Packing-Day Hikes. It holds just enough water for me, and a little extra for my Dog's-if they need it. I tried the "Women's specific" version of the Mule, and found it very uncomfortable-I have that problem with alot of women specific gear. Maybe because I'm 5'8" with broad shoulders, and wear women's size 11 shoes(which never fit right-so I wear men's 9.5-in trail running shoes). Thomas H  It is not NV. This is the regular MULE that doesn't have the more advanced NV design.

richard f  I'm not sure the difference but it is definitely nice and holds the pack off your sweaty back with channels that let air circulate Thru the pads and onto your back. 20 mi rides in so cal heat aren't as bad as they used to be with my older hawg
