Fits great, easy to install, no mods needed!

I read countless reviews stating how difficult this was to install onto their Camelbak, so I was very very hesitant to buy it. It wasn't until I read ONE Amazon review that posted a picture of it properly installed, stating it wasn't too difficult to put on. Bite valve is a must,

Bite valve is a must, just discovered they made these covers. Perfect since I didn't like the mouth piece touching everything. I will say it is kind of difficult to put it on but once on it works great.

DAVID F  The Bite Valve Cover should work with any of the CamelBak models. The only difficulty is that when you have it attached to your bite valve, you can't slide the water tube through your backpack (in order to take the reservoir completely out of the backpack) without first removing the entire mouthpiece apparatus.

TIMOTHY D  Not sure. Mine was for a 2007 (I think) Ridgerunner pack. Unless they made major changes in the valve since then I would think it would work.
JOHN C  Since the bite valve attaches to the feeder tube it will work. The tube diameters don't vary from model to model.
JOSH R  Hey Jaimie, It should work with the MULE model. I purchased it and have used it for the women's Camelbak - DREAM model and it works great. So much better taking a sip from a clean mouth piece as opposed to one that had gotten dirty from being exposed. Hope you enjoy it. Josh
Shopper  Will the bite valve cover work with the ergo lock? Will it work with the better bottle?
SunnySports S  Yes, the bite valve cover will work with the ergo lock. It however will not work with the better bottle. The better bottle cover flips down so it is mostly protected unless you are dragging it thru mud. I hope that helps. Stay safe and have fun out there! Neal
