JENNY S  Hi, what is the difference with "CamelBak Antidote Insulated Tube" SKU: CMLAIT ?
BRUCE G  The only difference is that the Director tube is rigid so you can position it where you want and it will stay, so if you are mountain biking and do not want to take your hands off the bar, you can position this near your mouth to be able to drink hands free. The other is free hanging so gravity will decide where the tube will go.
RYAN M  Hi. The regular insulated tube CMLAIT is flexible like stock tubes that come with reservoir, but has the neoprene like insulation. The "director" hose will hold its shape via wire or something. I have the regular flexible one and love it, especially in summer and winter. Hope this helps
JONATHAN B  The "director" is a thin metal rod in the insulated sleeve that allows you to shape the tube however you want (think pipe cleaner). This is pretty useful for applications that require you to use both hands (such as biking or climbing). The normal insulated tube does not have a "director" and must manually manipulated when you want a drink.

TIM T  the "director" has a flexible wire in it to hold the tube at whatever position you form it into.
LUCIA A  I noticed that the water in the tube without the insulated sleeve gets hot on a hike when it just sits in it but when the sleeve is on it helps keep it the water cooler. I like it much better and I always throw in ice with my water before a hike to keep it extra cold.
