no- it is slightly larger than a credit card, and you can put dollar bills in if you fold them into thirds. It is great for keeping stuff dry from humidity and sweat- with the zip lock closure.

Actually, I just realized this is not the product I purchased - the one I got was larger and would hold a digital camera as well as a passport.

If you go to Amazon and look up "Coghlan's Waterproof Wallet All Weather Pouch Dry Bag" (that is how Amazon has the wallet listed) and scroll through the customer submitted photos of the product you will see that it is constructed of two pockets that fold together like a bi-fold wallet. Each pocket is just big enough for folded money, credit cards or keys...a passport will not fit.
