Aqua Sphere Ergo-Belt helps maintain a buoyant vertical position in the water while performing an aquatic fitness workout. The Ergo-Belt is ideal for full, upper, or lower body workouts. Great for all levels of fitness conditioning, and rehabilitation it provides buoyancy for deep water running and water aerobics activities. Soft rounded edges to prevent chaffing and made from ultra-soft EVA foam for ultimate comfort with an adjustable elastic belt with quick-release buckle.

The durable and comfortable foam hip pads are also a non-water logging design, so it won't absorb water and it will resist chlorine. Material dries fast, so when your workout is done you won't need to worry about all your other gear getting wet. The Foam measures 22" x 7.75" x 6" (55.9cm x 19.7cm x 15.2cm) at its greatest dimensions and the elastic belt is 2" (5.1cm) wide and can adjust to waist sizes up to 54" (137.2cm). Belt gives full lumbar support.
