Comments about Sierra Designs Sierra Designs Origami 4 Ultralight Four-person, 3-Season Tarp:

Still testing the Origmi 4.

First impression is that it is a 3 person tarp, when it comes to keep all the gear inside.

The pole is not strong enough when pitching hard and tight. it actually bendt, luckly not break.

Needs more airflow, two extra airhatches on the sides will do the job.

The airhatches on the top need to be longer/deeper to keep snow and rain out under windy conditions.

The "flip" that is supose to cover the zipper needs 2-3 extra velcro's to prevent wind and rain, aswell as reduce noice when windy.

However, this is a lightweather product for use under normal conditions from may until early september. So when the weather is ok, the Origmi4 will be my main gear on my many trips out in the Norwegian wilderness. Why? Great space, low wight and easy to pitch&back.
