I bought this tent to as my first true backpacking tent. I know it's a 2 person but I use it as a solo --- I just like a little room inside my tent. It's very easy to set up --- excellent featherlite poles with hub assembly. Great ventilation as well --- I only wish that the backside of the fly by the rear of the tent opened up to allow even more airflow. I haven't been camping in very wet conditions with it yet but so far, so good! I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It comes with a stuff sack that has built in compression straps on it -- I'll probably not use that sack next time to shave off some ounces.
