Comments about GigaTent GigaTent Mt. Kinsman 8-Person Family Tent:

I searched online for 3 weeks comparing tents etc--drove my wife crazy--"Are you done looking yet?" "Just order a tent already" lol Ordered tent on monday--received by wednesday. Set it up with dad & brother on Sunday at home. YOU SHOULD DO THIS--INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT VERY GOOD--BUT ONCE YOU DO IT--IF YOU HAVE SET UP TENTS BEFORE(camping since i was 10yo--38yo now)--IT IS EASY otherwise maybe difficult
We went fishing/camping on Tuesday in early May in Northern Michigan--weather turned cold--around 30degrees at night and rainy, but we stayed dry and warm in tent; there were 2 small wet areas from the top--but it had RAINED non stop for 24+ hrs. would just use some tent sealer. Overall, I really like this tent. the screen area leaves a place to take off wet jacket, etc. My bro and I slept on one end--dad on the other--main/sitting/cooking area in middle--worked out well. will be using with my 2yr old and wife this summer
