Set this up at a big country music fest and 15 min later it started raining. Rained hard for 7 hours straight - not a drop of water in the tent! I did seal the seams when I first got it, but that was it. With a cot and all my junk (table, suitcase, laundry basket, etc.!!) it was the right size for me - I think 4 people could sleep in it, but only if they REALLY like each other and didn't have any or their gear in it. Also, was able to get it back into its case both times that I used it.

Very easy setup, spacious inside for even tall hikers. Very well ventilated. Lightweight for those who must backpack with the item.

I gave this 4 stars only because it really only sleeps two people. We use it with a queen air bed and that leaves no room for any gear - not even a suitcase. But that's ok, we don't camp but more than 2-3 days at a time so we don't need a lot of gear. A little ditty bag with a change of clothes and a toothbrush and we're good to go.
It's dry, it has good ventilation, it's very easy to set up and take down. And it even fits back in its little carry bag!!!
This is a wonderful tent for one or two people to take on short camping trips.

I have an older model of this tent from around '02. I am still using it and it is still leak free. Set up takes around 20 minutes max. You can change clothes inside with the window and door shut without fear of being seen, the tent material is very good. This tent also "breathes" pretty well. I've never found it to smother at night. The new versions of this tent have a couple upgrades available that mine does not (Cool-Air port, Welcome Mat), but wish mine had. I would recommend this tent to anyone, even camping novices! One thing, it says 3-4 people, I don't think I would try to sleep 4 adults in this tent, I would only sleep 3 tops.
