Can be set up with one person, but best with two people. Careful when pulling on the plastic clips, as I ripped one out stretching it over the bend in the pole to clip it to the pole. There is a piece of metal welded on the pole at the bend that keeps the clip from sliding up and it will bend up due to the clip pulling back because it is so tight. Those are the only drawbacks to the design.
