Camped in 20 degree weather on Lake Superior. Kept me nice and toasty. I'm a cold and claustrophobic sleeper. Plenty of room in the long for boots and extra clothes inside like my down jacket and vest. I'm 5'11" 175#. Bought mine for [$] and a good bag for the price. Compression sack (included) gets bag to about the size of a basketball.
