Comments about North Face The North Face Snowshoe 0F Climashield Sleeping Bag - Regular Size:

The bag is great but b/c it was meant to be so functional and so lightweight, it is thin. It is recommended that you use some sort of mat, preferable not an air mat..but the choice is yours. I used this sack at mt. rainer a couple of weeks ago and it snowed and dropped to below zero, and my friend who is a Soldier brought her army sleeping bag and wore more clothes than I did and we were about the same comfort level. The only thing was that I did not bring a mat so I had no insulation between my sack and the cold ground, but it kept me warm enough to get some sleep. It's a great sack.

Comments about North Face The North Face Snowshoe 0F Climashield Sleeping Bag - Regular Size:

I used this bag in -10 weather when clibming Mt. Washington, NH, and when combined with a fleece jacket kept me toasty. Mine was a little older than this model, but same specs, and my kids are using it now. I'm looking to get a new one here in a few weeks.
