can not beat it for the price. i put in the research before buying and after narrowing everything down to 2 different products i picked the north face. i have used it once in 30 degree weather with nothing but underwear on and it was comfortably warm. if it were zero degree weather you might need a sweatshirt and sweatpants but this bag will do the job. extra long was necessary and fits perfect. i am 6ft 1.5in, slim built. it has an extra 5-6 inches above my head when im in it. i hope this helps because these are the kinds of things i wanted to know before purchase

I bought this for my son, 6'4" tall, to go on a High Peaks Winter Campout. Despite snow and cold temperatures he was warm. The bag fit him well, some tall bags do not fit 6'4" or above.
