I am very happy with my Kelty Coromell sleeping bag. I chose this semirectangular model because I do not feel comfortable in a narrow mummy style. This one is much roomier, opens at both ends, could be used as a warm blanket, and it still packs pretty small and light.

Just got back from a weekend backpacking trip with the local Scout Troop. Was the trial run for this bag. I was anticipating 30 degree weather, lots of rain and wind ( on top of Signal Mountain ). Bag was toasty, spacious, light, small and overall my finest sleeping bag purchase. I've spent countless hours combing the internet for camping gear ( it's an obsession ). The one piece of advice I offer all prospective campers: your sleeping bag is the one item you shouldn't go too cheaply on. Everything else is secondary.
