Comments about North Face The North Face Recon Daypack for Women:
I purchased this backpack for college. It is perfect for holding a laptop in addition to books and notebooks all day long on campus. The back as well as the shoulder straps are comfortably padded. In addition, the main compartment is very roomy and there are plenty of sub-compartments to organize all of my things. I bought the asphalt blue/diamond gray color combination, and it is even better looking in person. The colors compliment one another perfectly. It is just enough color without being too out there. After searching the web and stores in my area, this was the lowest price around that I could find. [...] Even though this backpack is still a bit pricy, it is worth it. It is a very well made backpack that will last you for years. I was very pleased with the backpack itself [...].

Comments about North Face The North Face Recon Daypack for Women:
I buy it for it can load my laptop and its material is waterproof. All in all, it is a good backpack for students. The only disadvantage is its small capacity, if you have a lot of books to bring, maybe you should choose a large capacity backpack.

Comments about North Face The North Face Recon Daypack for Women:
as a high school student, i needed a backpack that could carry all of my binders, books, clothes, and soccer gear and the occasional lunch bag. i did tons of research on finding a durable, heavy duty, lightweight backpack that was waterproof and could substain living in the northwest enviorment.i came up with the north face recon daypack. problem was, it was about $90.00 at the time. i knew my parents would never spend $90 on a backpack when you can just go to fred meyer and buy a jansport for $20. but then i found sunny sports and they had the best price by far. i definately recommend using sunny sports for all your camping gear. however, when it comes to the backpack i was pretty impressed. it definately seemed high quality. i like how you can adjust the straps on the side to make the daypack seem tighter and its very convienent for biking to school becase you can adjust it well to fit your back to ease less pressure off your back. i've had my backpack for over a year, and now that i'm taking more advanced and AP level classes i do wish i had more room in my backpack to store things. i've taken my daypack hiking with me and it works wonderful. the stitching as come a bit loose on the shoulder strap but nothing a good sewing machine can't fix. all in all i would recommend this backpack not because its a name brand but because its a high quality backpack and it met my standards
