When the backbag arrived I was surprised bc the backbag is even more amazing than I expected it to be. Pedding is great, actually everything.The only negative, or I don't even know yet if that is negative, is ´that i didn't figure out yet, what to put in the vertical pockets on the front of the bag. THeir size is quiet a bit strange bc a book doesnt fit in there. They should have made this pocket like the one on the Hot Shot, right on the front top like a second main pocket. if you have [$] and you want a backbag, this are the best [$] you can spend in your life. You wont be disappointed by the quality of this North Face backbag.

Great product for a Great price. i see these similar packs go on from that auction site the e - bay for so much more than what this site offers it for. Great price and all around. This pack fits me because when i open it, everything is there, pencil, books, notebook etc. if i wanted a second opening for small things like pencils etc i woulda gotten the "Hot Shot" but i love accessing my things all at once so this fits me perfectly. THX i got red btw its nicer in person.

if im out i use it to carry basic things i may need or need to carry with me nothing to crazy or heavy the biggest thing i had in it was my laptop and one thing i noticed was at the bottom of the bag it like had to adjustys lol and it helps so the bag doesn't sag at the bottom like other north face bags i had i love the look of the bag the style and the colors they have i have the blue one plus all the adjustys i let some of them hang and i have been wanted the bag dude since last year and i just got it the other day [...] but sometimes the adjust wont stay when i put the bag back on i have to re do them agin it need like a clamp

The two smaller pockets are not very compatible for most items. If you put a laptop in the laptop sleeve, there isn't enough room for more than 2 textbooks.
