Bought this product when my 11 month old daughter got too big (23 lbs) for the Baby Bjorn. I am a 160 lbs male and am able to get the pack on unassisted. We bought the pack for use on vacation and short hiking trips as we find pushing a stroller cumbersome. I also like the fact that I have my hands free and that my child is safe. I have been using the pack for about a month on walks to the park to get my daughter used to the pack before using it on vacation. The first time I put her in it, she screamed and kicked. Once I had her on my back she settled down and loved being up high and able to see and be a part of everything. Now she gets all excited when I put her in it and gets upset when the walk is over. Well-designed and works well for or 15-mo old. My wife doesn't think it's something that she could use, but it could be easily adjusted for a 5'3" person like her. So far have used it so far around the house and for a trek through [...]. Little one likes it (great view), but does get a little antsy after 30-60min.

This carrier has been so handy. My son loves being in it. I use it all the time even around the house when he is clingy and wants to be held. It works great for travel and hiking!

This product is a little hard to adjust to your back at first, but my 10 month old seems pretty comfortable in it.

We love this back pack. We were traveling to Japan and didn't feel like fighting with a stroller everywhere we went, with our 25lb 1 year old. It made everything so much easier. The bag sits perfectly in the small of your back so you can barely feel any of the weight. The front back pack comes off and it works as a great travel diaper bag.
My husband has back problems and it actually straightened him out while he had it on!
Before we took it on our trip I jogged around the neighborhood with my friends 35lb 4 year old in it and it still felt quite comfortable. 2 thumbs up!!
