The Habanero 28 gives you enough room for daylong excursions or ultralight overnights. An assortment of stash pockets and tie in points lets you haul all the gear you need for short and quick adventures. The weight is supported by a single stay internal frame and the vented padded harness also allows you to cruise in comfort. If you get caught in inclement weather you can deploy the built in rainfly, located at the bottom of the pack.

Because I live in Florida, the hot and very humid summer weather is offered for day hikes starting very early in the morning till noon or late afternoon tops.
I own bigger packs but I never had the chance to own one just for short hikes. I was searching the market for 2-3 weeks till I made up my mind and bought it from Sunny Sports.
Habanero 28 is a roomy, technical day pack, very well made and with a rain cover that I already used 3 days ago (remember Florida, summer, raining season, HUGE storms…..LOL) and works PERFECT. Till now I used 2-3 different loads from 9 to 14 pounds in 2 hikes and the only thing that comes to my mind is the word COMFORT for a total of 27 miles.

Does what I wanted it to. Hydration port, trekking pole attachment, plenty of room for gear in several compartments, hip belt pockets, built-in rain fly.
