Great hydration pack! It has many adjustments on the shoulder straps and waist band. Also has a chest strap for stability while running. We use it on day hike with the family and it helped my teenage son survive a week of JROTC boot camp and the daily Physical Training activities.

As soon as i got it went for a 8mile run and try it and the results are amassing, no shifting of any kind very comfortable fit,definitely recommended it!

excellent product for those long runs where you dont want those water bottles attached to your hips throwing off your gait. plenty of storage for keys, cell phone, etc. Best price on the market today for this pack or any like it, solid support system makes it easy to get used to
