The backpack is very comfortable and is well made. The only thing I would complain about: I am pretty small, and the hips straps are very long so when I tighten the straps, they hang, which is not good when hiking.

Was looking for a good hydration pack for some day hikes, and this purchase was exactly what I had in mind. It's so lightweight, even with the water reservoir full. Only thing that fit me weird was the shoulder straps seemed very close to my neck on either side. If I'd had a different shirt on, I think it would have bugged me, but it was fine. I have pretty broad shoulders, so maybe that was more of the issue. Regardless, I still love it for the purpose it serves.

I am a very very short women (under 5') and I was concerned that the pack wouldn't fit me right. So I was pleasantly surprised when it actually was quite comfortable, and almost weightless to carry, even when loaded with a full supply of water. It does extend a little lower on my back than optimal, but this isn't a major problem. I wish it had a small pocket in the waist strap like some of the Camelbak's have, but that's about the only thing I would change.
