Needed to quench my thirst while jogging longer distances. Found water bottle holders did not work well and were too bulky. Many reviews about the larger capacity CamelBack Water Holders by runners were they were too big. This one is the perfect size and does not slosh around or impede my running. Love it and recommend it for anyone who needs this for walking or running. It looks nice too.
