I use this as a lightweight, wicking base layer for cool to very cold activities (snow hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing, ice skating, etc.) Did a great job wicking, feels soft to the skin, is long enough in back that it will not ride up, and is very comfortable (true to size.) Also wear this a single layer top or pajama top at home on lazy weekends. Really helps to regulate body temperature. I own 4 of the Terramar Helix T-shirts for the same reasons. Highly recommend.
