Never had gaiters and didn't know what I was missing. These are perfect, a little wide for my skinny legs, but with the secure/adjustable cinch at the top and the wide strip of velcro down the front they stay up perfectly. I've been hiking in snow above my knees and even when the snow is above the height of the gaiters, it does not get down inside. Can't really say enough good about them. I love them.[...]
