These poles are very good. We hiked the Grand Canyon for three days and I can not imagine hiking it without the poles. Poles are light with anti-shock, easy to adjust with comfortable grip. Only thing I do not like about them is that they are easy to bend. My husband slipped and put more weight on one of his poles which caused bending the pole (slightly, but it's there). Other than this, I love these poles.
