The Tubbs Timberline 8" x 25" hiking snowshoes are for women 120-200 lbs including gear. The Timberline features a western frame design whichy provides optimal maneuverability, balance and ease of use. It is constructed of virtually indestructible 6000 series aluminum. On top, the lightweight yet durable dual deck materials give years of maintenance-free performance, and great flotation.The rotating Toe Cord enables the tail of the snowshoe to drop and snow to shed off the tail, creating zero resistance to minimize fatigue. The Tubbs ReAct gender specific binding, which features a molded, asymmetric base with patented Control Wings for directional stability. A unique Cinch Pull makes entry and exit and adjustment of the binding quick and easy. Happy w/the snowshoes...makes walking thru trails ( packed or new) easy..so lightweight and not cumbersome. Narrower than some I have had in the past and they are much easier on my knees because of that...I had been using mens...leftover from one of my sons!
