Great snowshoes! I have owned a couple pairs, and Atlas really nailed it with the series 10. These women in mind models make snowshoeing so much easier, and it is great for long excursions. I usually get hip pain the next day because the shoes I have owned in the past weren't designed with a woman's stride in mind. No hip pain after using these. So glad I sprung for a good women's snowshoe. Some snow flip when using in deep powdery snow, but that's normal for all the shoes I have ever worn. I am just on the weight limit (200) for a 25 inch shoe, but the 27's make it so I can have a pack full of goodies and not have to worry about being over the weight. Great job Atlas!

Purchased this brand on the claims that the bindings were superior for ease of use and comfort. Found the bindings to be very complicated and not efficient at all. Difficult to adjust and the release strap is not working. The device to secure the strap is not convenient either. We own another style that is much more easy and efficient for a fraction of the price. Finally the snow flip is considerable on the Atlas. I had heard similar comment and found it to be true. The snow was thrown on the back of my thighs on every steps. I made sure I purchased the recommended lenght/style for my height and weight.
