Not the best for cap crimping since the crimpers are on the handle side of the pivot point. C4 punch is a little short but still useful. "Wings" tend to fall off, but outside accessory access is much preferable to inside on other tools. No other tool beats the power of the gear drive or the strength of the steel. Cut C-wire with ease and no damage to the cutting edges. Co-worker's Gerber was destroyed trying to do the same thing.
Overall, not perfect for EOD work, but great tool that will do in a pinch for cap and punch applications.
