For those of us that still prefer quality SS over the newer space saving and lighter plastic bowls and plates this is a great item. The handle stops you from getting a hot hand or leg if your not using a table. The handle stops the usuall stackability of a standard bowl, although stacking several of these uses just a little more room. Again, if you prefer eating your kibbles and bits out of SS instead of plastic, this is a good choice.
