These burly cookers are made of lightweight, rust-proof aluminum. So they heat up nice and even, but are just 1/3 the weight of traditional cast iron. No messyseasoning is required, and the Hard Anodized version is the next best thing to non-stick.

My husband likes to experiment with recipes for camping and loves the dutch oven capabilities and multiple uses. Everything we have cooked so far has turned out great. Looking forward to taking it down the middle fork of the salmon river, dinners for 15!

Cooks evenly with coals underneath and on lid. Nothing sticks. Super easy clean up. My favorite piece of cookware now, bar none. Backyard use is first rate and super simple without heating the house with the kitchen oven in warm weather.
