I love this product!! A friend recommended it, and now I'm a huge fan, too! It works very well, either with or without the bite valve. When the valve is in place, the bottle does NOT leak, even if left on its side. Undamaged when dropped--even on the street. I have several, and I've given them as gifts--and I've gotten good comments from the recipients. No more need to buy bottled water!
