Ordered three backpacks but I didn't like mine and was able to return it without a problem and got my product in three days and my refund just as fast. I am so extremely pleased with my order & the customer service I received from sunnysports.com. I ordered two north face denali jackets that were both very high in demand. I placed my order on Friday, received an email on Sunday informing me that there was a problem with my card, so I called Monday morning to fix the problem, the man on the phone was very helpful and assuring, and the item was at my doorstep by Tuesday afternoon. My order was over $50, so I paid absolutely nothing for my shipping, and I was extremely pleased that the product arrived so quickly, in perfect condition. Thank you Sunny Sports!
