Term of Fulfillment   

All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.



Order Verification   

All orders are subject to our order verification policy (see details on FAQ page), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.



Out of Stock Items   

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock (see details on FAQ page), our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. Sunny Sports will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. only.



P.O. Boxes   

Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, certain restrictions apply, please call customer service for details.



Shipping Deadline   

To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed on 3:00 EST the day before.



Special Order Items   

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.



When we Ship   

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday trough Thursday before 3:00 PM EST, and on Friday before 10:00 AM EST will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, will ship the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day.

We ship throughout the United States, Canada and to over 200 countries Worldwide, to see if we ship to your country please see the Country dropdown on My Profile page under my account or during checkout.

We offer a variety of shipping carriers & options depending on the destinations, details are as follow:

Contiguous United States (48 States including Washington D.C.):
UPS Ground Delivery (5-7 Business Days)
UPS 3 Day (3-5 Business Days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)
US Air Mail (1-2 Weeks*) Maximum Order Value $100

Alaska, Hawaii:
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)
US Air Mail (1-2 Weeks*) Maximum Order Value $100

Military and APO/FPO addresses: (Armed Forces Americas, Africa, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Pacific)
US Air Mail (1-2 Weeks*) Maximum Order Value $1500
When placing an order please select United States as the country (not the country in which your military base is located)

American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands:
UPS Worldwide Express (3-4 business days**)
US Air Mail (1-2 Weeks*Maximum Order Value $500

Canada:
UPS Worldwide Express (2 business days**)

International:
UPS Worldwide Express (3-4 business days**)

* Please note that when shipping with US Mail, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered and/or track a lost package.
** Please note that certain shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.



Shipping Cost   

SHIPPING IS FREE for orders over $50 that are shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 States, and are shipped via UPS Ground delivery, Offer does not apply to PO Boxes

If your order total is less than $50, you will pay $6 per order for shipping via UPS Ground



Hotels & Forwarding Places   

For security purposes certain restrictions apply when shipping to hotels & Forwarding Places, please call customer service for details.



International Orders   

First time international orders will have to provide additional information for verification purposes after placing order (see details on FAQ page). Failure to do so may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order. Due to high cost of International shipping, we cannot ship any orders that include backordered items. We will have to either cancel those items or change them to similar items according to the customers request.



International Tax Clearance   

International orders may be subject to customs (see details on FAQ page), when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.



Cancelled Order   

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.



ShippingRules   

A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
