Comfortable Camp Shoe - But a Bit Pricey

Comments about Timberland Radler Trail Camp Hiking Shoes for Men:
I tried trail running shoes as my camp shoes (something to get into after hiking in heavy boots all day), but they are too bulky at size 13. I got these to decrease the bulk. Zipped up they are small and can attach to the outsize of my pack and survive the external conditions. The quick tie laces are clever, but the tab on the laces came off on the first night of use. The zipper also has a tab that is hard to keep from dangling down in the dirt or getting caught up under the shoe tread. Others have claim success in tucking it in, but I found this only a temporary solution. I also have fear that the zipper will wear out and the tread is going to crack from bending from the feel of operating both. Worth it if you can catch them cheap or on sale as a comfort item. If I had confidence they would last more than a couple of camping seasons I would have rated them higher.

I enjoy this creative foot wear.

About Me Casual/ Recreational
Over all this cleaver shoe is a bit on the novel side only because of the fold & zip aspect. As a water shoe it is great, fast drying, light, holds in place & easy to claen.
