Comments about Therm-A-Rest Trail Lite Mattress:

HOW I USE IT:
I strap this pad to my pack when hiking, camping, canoeing etc. for year-round comfort.

PROS:
Easy to inflate
Very warm
Comfortable
Durable
Big

CONS:
It's a strenuous endeavor to get all of the air out for rolling up tightly enough to fit back in the stuff sack. When I'm in the BWCAW, this makes daily packing up a little more arduous and time consuming than I would like.

The pad's material seems to keep it from sliding around in the tent (PRO), but my mummy bag slides around on it (CON). Bag ties might fix that for me.

A bit heavier than similar pads (Not necessarily a CON.)

OVERALL:
As far as comfort while sleeping goes, this pad is generously comfortable and warm. But the difficulty in packing, and the sliding sleeping bag make this product lose a star. I would recommend it, but with that caveat.
