mltsao m You need something over them. They are medium thickeness and your hands will get cold in 15-20 mins. They are also not waterproof.
DAVID D I haven't worn them in the snow but I'd assume they will act like any glove of this material and they will get wet/you'll have snow sticking to them. These would best be used mainly when it's cold or under a proper snow glove. Hope that helps!
