This was a great purchase for my 6ft. 3inch husband. He had more than enough room to stretch out and for a pillow. It does rock a little head to toe but do don't notice it much. It is a little heavy but worth it for his comfort.

I'm a physician and I keep this cot in my office for nights on call. It's compact when taken down. Very big and comfortable to sleep on. This is not a cot for packing or moving often as it it quite heavy. My office mate is 6'6" and he sleeps on it without complaints.
