MARK L I pulled this tube out the other day and much to my dismay I found a rodent had chewed through it! Great product... I guess the tube tastes as good as it floats! I've never put a 300+ person in this product but I'm fairly certain it would work out. The internal mesh area is very accommodating and feels strong for my 200lb frame. The head-rest adds some additional buoyancy overall. I think the biggest worry for a larger person would be the wall material and this model seems to be made of good quality - I've only seen thicker material in commercial tubes. My only other product suggestion would be to get a large boat tube, similar to ones pulled behind fast boats because those tubes have a cloth covering which help to keep the tube contained by providing stronger "skin."
