Outstanding layering vest! Took this on a five day hiking trip in Colorado as my main "warmth layer" under a shell. It performed great and kept core temp up in the morning but was easily stuffed into a small pack for the rest of the day.

A bit small for an XL and way too thin. The North Face I ordered for the same price is SOOOO much better.

i well use this vest in the high serria mountian of calforina in the summer it does get chilly at nite at 8000 to 9000 feet
