SCOTT L It does come with a rain fly but not a footprint. I have been in this tent through two different rain storms in the Midwest and not a drip came through. The second of these storms has wind gusts up to 50 mph and tornadoes in the area. The tent was very solid and kept myself and 3 kids dry and warm. Set up is easier with two but possible with one. I highly recommend TNF Mountain Manor 6.

JEFFREY S Yes, if comes with a full rain fly that provides excellent protection from the elements. I have used this tent and rainfly in a torrential rainstorm. The tent and its contents stayed dry.
