BRIAN J The zipper does not go all the way around, so you do have to take it out of the case to use it. I have a 17" MacBook Pro and it fits well into it.

CARLA N yes, Donna, my 17" laptop fits in this case but it doesn't open all the way around, it opens on 2 sides only, the top and the right. it's very thin, that's how i wanted it.

CHRISTOPHER B It is a great case but does not zipper all the way around. It starts at the bottom of one corner and goes over the top to about one qtr the way down the opposite side. As for the size. There are different sizes. I got the small one and it was true to size. Hope this helps.

CHRISTOPHER C I did not use this, I sent it back. The 15" case did not fit my 15" Toshiba laptop, and when I say did not fit I mean I could not zip it closed.

JESSY A I got this because it's the only case that was big enough for my laptop to fit in. And I have never taken it through security before.
