I needed a bag for the everyday commute as well as any outdoor activities. It needed to be capacious, lightweight, and durable. After searching for months in dozens of stores and websites (no exaggeration), I finally found this bag. It fits my 15" laptop, several large books, files, 32 oz. Nalgene, and a smattering of other things (wallet, personal electronics, umbrella, etc.) I wish it had one more pocket in the large compartment in the front and adjustable straps, but otherwise it's perfect! I also plan on using it for an upcoming hiking/camping trip, as it will easily fit a weekend's worth of clothes, toiletries, and a pair of shoes. I bought it in black and it looks sleek but substantial. A great buy!
