When ordering these boots get 1/2 size larger than you would normally wear. You do not need to wear more than one pair of socks with these boots even in very cold weather because they are so well insulated. I have worn these boots for 2 winters while hunting and they have kept my feet warm and dry with only 1 pair of socks on. They are also very comfortable and durable so you can walk all day in them.

I just got these boots today, when trying on, they were extremely tight. I ordered the size I normally wear (men's 9). I am exchanging for a 10, and hoping that they work out. I have never worn a size 10 shoe in my life, so I find this a little annoying that North Face didn't get the sizing right on their product. All my other North Face products are perfect.

Order at least a full size larger than what you would normally wear if you buy these boots!

As the title suggests, I am very impressed with these boots however, sizing is an issue. The boots have a significant amount of insulation on the inside and this takes away from the available space for ones feet. I ordered a full size larger than my normal shoe size and they are still snug. For those that want to wear thick socks, going up a full size and a half is suggested.
