DAN B Mine arrived in its storage sack in a cardboard box. It was not compressed at all. The stuff sack is in the sleeping bag. I was very pleased with the way this was packaged.

MICHAEL C I have heard less than stellar reviews about storing the bag rolled up. I have been storing mine over a heavy duty "coat Hanger" in my garage closet and that seems to be working so far.

CHRIS F I purchased my Dark Star in December of 2012 and it was packaged in a larger (16" X 32") nylon net storage sack produced by the North Face. The bag was rolled but not compressed with-in this larger storage sack. When I removed it, it showed no signs of compression and immediately rebounded to its full size and shape. North Face has done a first rate job in packaging this bag for storage. Hope this information helps. Sincerely, Chris F.
