Shopper I'm trying to decide what to get. Why did you pick this one? What is the length of this bag? What are the age recommendations? Is it thick enough to be very comfortable on concrete?

I would suggest this sleeping bag for a child. I ended up choosing this one because of the 20F factor, my daughter loved the color and I have always been pleased with North Face. The length of the bag is great, my daughter is 7 and will be able to use it for sometime. My kids have found it to be very comfortable, I won't say thick enough for concrete though. For us it will definitely do the job for our camping trips, plus my daughter loves it. Hope this helps you :)
KIMBERLY F My daughter (7) has it at camp now so I can't give you the exact dimensions. The material is very silky feeling. It felt like it would be plush enough on harder surfaces. It was actually a little larger than I thought it would be which was fine with us. It came with an attached bag and rolled up easily. We chose it because there is a backpack with the same colors and because we have been happy with North Face products in the past. I also chose this one because it is rectangle-shaped. Some are more narrow at the bottom and don't allow you as much space to move around. I shopped around and saved quite a bit buying it from Sunny Sports! I don't think you'll be disappointed.
