JAMES R I am 5'11" and I fit great in the Regular size and my son is 6'2" and he prefers the Long size. By the way, these are really nice sleeping bags!

SEAN A I am 6'2" and this bag has plenty of room for someone who is 7' tall. It is very long. The size chart on the North Face site is a little misleading. I think I probably could have used a reg. Length bag and been ok. I do like the extra space to keep my water from freezing over night on late fall hiking trips and to keep my clothes warm for the morning.
