I purchased these to carry extra fuel on my Dual Sport Motorcycle for an extended ride (with infrequent fuel availability) on trails in the Western States.

This bottle carried enough fuel for two of us to eat many hot meals, boil lots of water and have coffee every morning for five days. toward the end of the trip I had to tilt up the end of the bottle to get fuel, which makes me think that an extra smaller bottle would be good to use on the stove and then fill it from this larger bottle.
