Used this bag for a trip last week, we had warmer weather than i expected. only dropped to the mid-upper 60s at night. All zipped up the bag was super warm, however i was able to unzip both sides to make it comfortable. I use a bag liner to help protect the bag from dirt and sweat, but the inside is fuzzy and soft so it's not necessary. glad i bought it, and the price was great 1/2 the price at R.E.I
